"Thanks for a fantastic day on Thursday December 31, 2009, we all throughly enjoyed Dog Sledding! The rest of us and the kids have been talking about how fun it was and so good to get off the main drag.
Please give our thanks to all the guides - they did a supereb job and were very paceint with us all, take special people:! Hope you have a wonderful 2010.
What are the snow conditions like in Gros Morne National Park? Do you guys have a lot of snow in the alpine?
We went dog sledding with my mom three years ago and it was so fun!
This is amazing! You guys look like you really enjoyed yourselves! It's so lovely to see the fluffy snow... reminds me of when I was a child and my family and I would visit our cabin by snowmobile. The sledding looks like more fun though. :D
The Dog Sledding is an amazing experience. There is no noise, no fumes, and the dogs are fast. When you are in the zone, all you hear is the dogs breathing and their paws hitting the snow. Because we are not loud (like a snowmobile) seeing wildlife is the rule, not the exception. Moose, Caribou, Arctic Hare - they are all common sightings.
killer Vid. Can't wait to go out.
